An afternoon to explore watercolour, for people of all ages and all stages, including absolute beginners. Watercolour is SUCH an amazing medium and I want to share my love for it and help improve your own watercolour skills at the same time!

What to expect:
An informal setting within Holly’s studio, which will allow you to be as creative as possible and leave feeling inspired! One to one tutoring due to the very small class sizes. Holly will use her years of experience with watercolours along with her teaching skills to help impart her watercolour wisdom! The class will be a taster into the realms of watercolour, where you will learn different watercolour techniques, colour mixing, and experiment with light and shade.
Holly Sharpe is an artist and illustrator originally from Edinburgh. She is now based in Glasgow where she works from her studio in Partick and is also a part time lecturer at Glasgow Clyde College in the Fashion and Textiles dept. As well as selling her work to a global audience, Holly has also worked with clients including: Ted Baker, UGG, MAC cosmetics, M&S, Chloé fragrances, Gilda & Pearl.
Who is the workshop for?
Anyone! Whether you are a complete beginner, or a student that wants to further your expertise/ skills, or you want to add to your portfolio, or if you haven’t drawn/ painted in years and want to try it again, or even if you are more experienced and want to learn a different way of working, OR, if you just fancy a nice afternoon doing something different - anyone over the age of 16 is welcome!
