What to expect:
An informal setting within Holly’s studio, which will allow you to be as creative as possible and leave feeling inspired! These classes are the start of my long term dream to have a HUGE space where I, along with others, can just come along and try lots of different skills, mediums, techniques, equipment and have free reign to CREATE, with no end pressure or objective, simply for the love of it, and for the love of the process. For now, this is a small scale version where I want to bring people together, to a space where they can let their own creative juices flow. I will show you a range of skills and techniques, and guide you as much or as little as you want. If you want to work on something specific that is fine, or if you want extra tuition using one of the techniques I have demonstrated you can use this time to draw, paint, collage, illustrate, and anything in between. I love meeting new people, and I think creating art has huge benefits for EVERYONE, so come along and give it a go!
Who is the workshop for?
Anyone! Whether you are a complete beginner, or a student that wants to further your expertise/ skills, or you want to add to your portfolio, or if you haven’t drawn/ painted in years and want to try it again, or even if you are more experienced and want to learn a different way of working, OR, if you just fancy a nice afternoon doing something different - anyone over the age of 16 is welcome!
